Returns policy

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in good condition, unwashed, with its tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, customer-damaged, washed, or without original packaging.

To request a return, please write to our contact email indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund if it meets the stated conditions.

Returns for transport delays are not guaranteed if the order is within the estimated timeframe informed in our shipping policy.
